Administering the service of more than 1,000,000 meals annually, EXPOSERVE ™ Management Corporation is a Tulsa-based food and beverage service contractor engaged in providing restaurant, catering, and concession related services and management at institutional, governmental, commercial, and industrial locations.
Siegmund Brown founded EXPOSERVE ™ Management Corporation in 2004 following 20 years of progressive management experience in food and beverage, in British Columbia and the US. His Canadian experience includes 10 years with Kanke Seafood Restaurants at Vancouver's premier venues including: Mulvaney's, The Cannery, Joe Fortes, and the Fish House in Stanley Park where he was General Manager. His US experience includes a series of start-up General Manager roles with Fine Host Corporation. Following its IPO in 1997, the company was acquired by Aramark Corporation in 2003.
As Aramark's Tulsa Area General Manager, Siegmund oversaw food, beverage, vending and retail services at 10 government-administered facilities located in the greater Tulsa area. He also served as a member of concessions brand development team based in Philadelphia, PA.
