Assignment B:

• Market assessment and financial feasibility for a proposed year round resort and hotel school on Band owned land
  
• Analysis of alternative sites under different ownership (Band, Certificates of Possession, Locatee)
  
• Business Plan development
  
• Supplementary feasibility excluding hotel school
  
• Supplementary feasibility for different concept (commercial motor inn rather than resort)
  
• Search for joint venture partner for recommended concept
  
• Participation in Motor Inn design, specifications coordination and capital budget development
  

Assignment C:

• Market assessment and financial feasibility for a proposed year round casino-resort on Band owned land
  
• Preparation of estimates of future revenue and expense for resort component
  
• Casino "game mix" research
  
  

• Casino market demand and penetration research
  
• Development of resort components of overall casino-resort business plan
  
• Architectural drawings and facilities design and layout coordination
  
• Participation in the preparation of an application for a destination casino licence to the gaming Commission of the Government of British Columbia
