Operations Reviews and Turnkey Management make use of our many years of "hands on" operating management experience: in full-service hotels, resorts and food service facilities.
Reviews are arm's-length, consulting assignments designed to assist owners to identify areas for operations improvements and, by addressing these, aspire to more acceptable performance.
By contrast, Turnkey Management is "hands on." Contracted for a specific period of time to open, "turn around," and permit owners time to re-organize or close an operating lodging or food service business, this is a more or less full-time commitment by our team for the duration of the assignment. We have also acted as a receiver on a "soft" basis for lenders who have crystallized their security on loans made to hotels and restaurants.
It is not unusual for clients in both these types of assignment to be lenders to the properties' owners: to preserve and hopefully enhance asset value as a result of our involvement and succession planning.
