Responsibilities

• Interim operating management of the hotel, golf course and salmon fishing
• Review of hotel operating practises for compatibility with business priorities
• Development of business plan and hotel operating standards for ease of execution by the general manager as well as performance monitoring by the on-site owner representative
• Search, recruitment, induction of new hotel general manager
• Board reporting
• Preparation of various studies in preparation for assembling a joint venture partner package for estate development purposes
