Responsibilities
- Interim operating management of the hotel, golf course and salmon fishing
- Review of hotel operating practises for compatibility with business priorities
- Development of business plan and hotel operating standards for ease of execution by the general manager as well as performance monitoring by the on-site owner representative
- Search, recruitment, induction of new hotel general manager
- Board reporting
- Preparation of various studies in preparation for assembling a joint venture partner package for estate development purposes
- Business valuation of the castle, hotel, salmon fishing and golf course to establish owner equity position
- Search for and interviews of prospective joint venture partners
